Yarra Valley Dairy Hubert’s: Review

If you are a tourist to Melbourne this dairy is worth a visit. It is more than a dairy since is contains a wide ranging providore style shop selling stocking local wines by small volume producers, condiments, and of course, its full range of cheeses. It also has a cafe/eaterie. Amongst those cheese is Yarra Valley Dairy Hubert’s, which is a reasonable white mould brie style cheese made from cow’s milk. It is a mild intensity smell, and tastes dominantly dairy with a very slight animal/fungal flavour beneath. There’s a bit a natural sweetness from the milk.
