Woodside Charleston Jersey Brie: Review
Another very nice cheese made by cheesemaker Kris Lloyd. Woodside Charleston Jersey Brie is a soft white mould cheese made from pastuerised cow’s milk using non-animal rennet. It has a slightly floral aroma. Dairy flavours with natural sweetness unpinned by fungal hint abound. A nice range of textures when ripe leading to a nice slightly gooey (and yummy) interior.
