That’s Amore Stella Alpina: Review
That’s Amore Stella Alpina white mould soft cows milk cheese from Victoria. The rind itself has a nice aroma with only a little ammonia present. Breaking through the rind reveals a runny ivory coloured paste with medium intensity savoury flavours and a hint of natural sweetness. Dairy and a pleasing fungal taste. This is quite a small cheese, but fun to wade into the runny goo.
Wine Matching | Wine Pairing
Try a,light red such as a pinot or Stargazer Rada blend of pinots with Stella Alpina cheese. or try sparking whites like Plus and Minus Blanc de Blancs or
Dal Zotto Prosecco. For even more ideas see my cheese and wine pairing guide for more options.

Where to buy
I got my Stella Alpina from the That’s Amore factory shop, noting that at the time of posting this cheese was not listed on their website.
