Tamar Valley Truffles Truffled Brie: Review
Delightful cheese. Tamar Valley Truffles Truffled Brie is an ivory coloured white mould soft cheese made from pasteurised cow’s milk. . Sandwiched between the layers of brie is another layer of another crumblier soft cheese. The rind gives off an gentle aroma of flour, while in the mouth there are strong flavours of dairy and truffle/mushroom. There are lot of appealing umani going on here.
This is very enjoyable cheese and will not last long once opened as you’ll just keeping wanting more.
Animal rennet is used, so it not for vegetarians
