Symons Vintage Cheddar: Review

The milk for this cheese is locally sourced from three farms with sustainable, organic practices employed to rear their grass fed herds. As a result I Symons vintage cheddar is a tasty block-like cheddar with plenty of natural sweetness an dairy flavours arising from the cow’s milk. These combine with good acidity and salt with fungal/fermented undertones. Good crumbliness and a long finish. Vegetarian friendly
