Soumah Estate Viognier: Review
First base is how to say the name of the grape, right? It’s pronounced vee-on-ee-er.
This is a very high quality viognier. Soumah Estate have nailed this wine. Classic apricot flavours coming through with laser like precision and intensity. The overall balance of the wine is superb too. It is very even across the mouth. Those nice flavours linger in the mouth after swallowing.
How to Drink | Food Matching | Food Pairing
Too refined for general party wine. People that like to talk about their wine will enjoy this stand alone, especially ones that like chardonnay or dry Australian rieslings. However, this with pair well with lighter foods and lighter style cheeses.
