Soumah Estate Savarro 2019: Review

Very good wine made from the relatively obscure savignin grape that is associated with the Jura region of France, and genetic related to gewurztraminer. Soumah Estate Savarro 2019 is clear, pale lemon green colour. The nose is clean with medium intensity fruit aromas with a hint of honeysuckle . In the mouth this is dry with medium body and acidity, and low tannin. Flavours of stone fruits and a hint of pear. Good finish. Enjoyable.

12.7% alcohol by volume.
