Songbird Cabernet Sauvignon Alcohol Free: Review
Before we start: If you are new to drinking non-alcoholic wine try my 2 minute Guide to Non-Alcoholic Wine. This is very, very good alcohol free red wine, so good I rank it alongside the market leading Newblood Shiraz (see my Top Non-Alcoholic Drinks Picks). Songbird Cabernet Sauvignon is medium bodied and has good balance and a nice set of flavours centred on blackcurrant. It lacks the cigar-box flavours of a classic cabernet, and the added grape juice means that the wine is a teeny-weeny bit off-dry. But this should not put you off, this is very drinkable stuff. As a result it is a very quaffable wine that compares to well made cheaper alcoholic cabernets. At AUD 16 this is very good value.
