Prom Country Venus Blue: Review
Prom Country Venus Blue is a multi-award winning farmhouse cheese from Gippsland in Victoria made from raw ewe’s milk and vegetarian rennet. The washed rind exterior has strong aroma of floral with hints of mushroom. The ivory paste contains dashes of blue and has classic mineral and herbal flavours alongside mixed peel and a lovely rounded dairy aspect with natural sweetness. It’s delightful stuff.
