Onkaparinga Creamery Brie: Review

An acceptable brie. Onkaparinga Creamery Brie is white mould soft cheese made from cow’s milk and non-animal rennet. The paste has a consistent soft texture though not totally gooey, and a low intensity aroma. Dairy flavours dominate with a judicious amount of salt.

Make sure you let this ripen to near the best before date to let this ripen.
