This is very good stuff that can easily be mistaken for a traditional English style scrumpy pear cider. Monceau Pear Pet Nat Kombucha It is fizzy when poured, but when settled there are no visible bubbles. But the fizz is there on taste. There’s a medium intensity aroma of pear cider, and likewise in the mouth. It has a much drier and tarte style than grocery store ciders. I loved it.
Alcohol is 1.15% ABV Max. Energy 65 kJ (16 Cal) per 100ml
