McGuigan Zero Chardonnay: Review

Before we start: If you are new to drinking non-alcoholic wine try my 2 minute Guide to Non-Alcoholic Wine and my Top Non-Alcoholic Drinks Picks. One of the better non-alcoholic white wines with clean primary fruit flavours of grapefruit, honeysuckle and a hint of apricot while keeping acidity low. There’s a hint of added non-alcoholic grape juice sending the wine off-dry and providing a giveaway to its non-alcoholic nature. Medium bodied, it is a clear, pale lemon-green colour with low acidity. Medium length finish.

Widely available and quite cheap. .As as result, McGuigan Zero Sparkling is one of the best non-alcoholic sparkling wines available, which is good as it is widely available on high street stores. Because of this, I’ve bought it a few times as a mid-week quaffer without regrets the next morning.

Energy is 100kJ oer 100ml, so roughly one quarter of its alcoholic equivalent.
