Long Paddock Driftwood: Review

Pasteurised cow’s milk cheese from Castlemaine in Central Victoria. Long Paddock Driftwood is a soft washed rind cheese with a yellow paste. It gives off an aroma of barnyard, mushrooms some fermentation. the taste has a long savoury finish.
