Joe Crow Cheese: Review
Very, very nice cheese in a semi-hard mountain style with nutty and savoury notes. It cuts easily and without crumbling, similar to a havarti. Joe Crow’s flavour is more intense, however. It is made by Stone and Crow.
Wine Match | Wine Pair
For a white wine try a big chardonnay. For a red wine I’d suggest medium bodied one such as a tempranillo or even a saperavi.
Where to buy
I got mine from Ripe in Melbourne’s Queen Victoria Market. It’s made in the outer reaches of Melbourne bordering the Yarra Valley. Or try the cheesemaker’ site.
