Hunter Belle Ashed Briebelle: Review

Delicious. As the name suggests Hunter Belle Ashed Briebelle is a brie-style cheese with ash within the rind. The cheese cheese of dairy with faint mushroom aromas. There’s great balance in the flavour within the mouth. Dairy is the most dominant flavour, however there are fungal and mineral elements there too. Good salt and acidity combines with make this very, very moreish cheese. This cheese was on a platter with two others, and this on disappeared into folks’ bellies in no time.
