Heineken 0.0 Non-Alcoholic beer: Review

Lager style beer from a global brand. Heineken 0.0 Non-Alcoholic beer hails comes from the Netherlands. Blind tasting this against the standard alcoholic version of Heineken shows there is a difference in taste and colour.

Heineken 0.0 is lighter in colour than the flavour leaner than its alcoholic namesake. You can see the colour difference in the picture above. It has a very light colour and is clear. In terms of flavour and aroma it has light citrus, fruit and some onion-garlic, pear, and biscuit. The alcoholic beer has more malt in the flavour. There’s low astringency and a soft body to the beer slightly hazy. Personally, I like this beer. Although I’ve called out the difference in experience with its alcoholic cousin, it still tastes like beer. It is still a good long drink to have, and is very widely available.
