Heidi Farm Raclette: Review
This is a firm cow’s milk cheese done that can be melted. Heidi Farm Raclette has small holes within the even paste, which towards the edge becomes almost crystalline. The cheese itself has a savoury, nutty and caramelised flavour, slightly fermented with long length and some complexity.
