Heaps Normal Non-Alcoholic XPA Beer: Review

Arguably the best. My local shops keep selling out of Heaps Normal Non-Alcoholic XPA Beer. It is flying of the shelves and it is easy to see why. It actually tastes like XPA. We blind tasted against the reputable alcoholic Balter XPA and could not tell which was alcoholic and which was not. It is hazy straw coloured, has a fruity and floral aroma, with the slightest hint of banana and biscuit which flow over onto the palate. Delicious drink that makes you wonder if something is this good why bother drink an alcoholic XPA at all.

The can cost AUD 5.

Energy is 88kJ per 100ml, so roughly one fifth of the same volume of alcoholic beer.

Where to Buy

Fairly widely available through both online and bricks and mortar shops. A list is available on the Heaps Normal website here. I got mine online from Port Melbourne’s Decanters on the Bay. It’ll cost roughly AUD 5 per can.
