Cloudlet by The Peaks Artisan Cheesemakers: Review

Enjoyable goats milk cheese in served in pretty small roundlets Cloudlet by The Peaks Artisan Cheesemakers is made in Victoria’s High Country using non-animal rennet. Pleasing delicate soft texture and with a thin wrinkled rind enclosing a white paste. Strong smell, and tastes of clean goat dairy with good mineraility.
