Boatshed Oasis Goat’s Cheese: Review
Pasteurised goat’s milk cheese. Boatshed Oasis Goat’s Cheese comes wrapped in Australian native herbs, predominantly lemon myrtle and pepperberry, as we as garlic. As a result the nose is very herbal. The paste has a even and slightly crumbly texture, and on eating reveal a highly mineral and herbal flavour, with sweet dairy flavours and some salt. It’s not too ‘goaty’. Very enjoyable.
