This was the best of the vegan cheeses I’ve tasted to date. All The Things Cashew Vegan Camembert has white mould with splashes of brown stain rind that encases a greenish paste within. the paste has a slightly grainy or powdery texture. The aroma of low intensity and is nutty. the flavour has a pleasiing balance of sweetness, savoury and salt with a herbacious bent and a nutty after taste..
